A Day in the Life...

Hi Guys and welcome to another Blog post!

I don't know about you, but I love to see what other people get up to in their daily life. So, I thought I would share with you what a typical day in the life of me looks like.

6:30am

Wake up. I always find it a struggle getting out of bed in the morning, but I manage to drag myself up after about 5 minutes of stretching. My cats are usually all lined up waiting for their breakfast, so the first thing I do when I get up is feed them.

Fitness Tips - How to Stay Motivated!

Hi Guys and welcome to another Blog post!

I am in no way an expert when it comes to fitness and healthy eating, but I do know that I have certainly found these tips helpful on my fitness journey. Motivation is something that I really struggled with. Before now I had tried to get into fitness a number of times but I just kept giving up. The tips that I am about to share with you have really helped me to stay on track and stay motivated.

Tip No.1

Follow fitness accounts on social media. Seeing pictures of other peoples transformations make me want to follow in their footsteps. Seeing how far other people have come helps you realise that it is possible and if they can do it, why can't you?

A Week in the Life - My Week Off!

Hi Guys and welcome to another blog post!

I had the week off work last week, so I thought I would share what I got up to.


Monday

On Monday, I spent the afternoon in the bay with my Nan, Mum and little brother. We went to lunch at the Torre Abbey Tea Rooms making the most out of the sun, which we rarely see here in England.
