Dressing Up My Room For Halloween!

Hi Guys and welcome to another Blog post!

Halloween is one of my favourite holidays and I love a reason to put up some decorations. I bought some new things this year, but I also brought out some of last years too. I thought I would show you what I bought and also where I placed everything around my room. I wasn't really sure how to write this post, so I apologise if it's a bit like 'this is what I bought and this is where I put it', but hopefully you will get the gist and pick up some ideas.

Let's start with my favourite decoration, all year round...fairy lights! I love to have these draped about, they just make a room feel so cosy. I have two sets this year for Halloween. The first set are these skeleton lights from the Range and I have put these along the headboard of my bed. The ghosts are from Poundland, which I chose to hang on my mirror. You can never have too many lights, right?

Another addition to my Halloween room this year were these hanging spider webs from The Range. They came in a set of three, two black and one green, and I have placed two on my door and one above my bed.

As well as fairy lights, I am also a big lover of tinsel. Tinsel is not something that I would usually associate with Halloween, but when I saw this, I just had to pick it up.

The final thing that I added to my Halloween decorations this year were these super cute, flashing ghost and pumpkin. I could not leave these behind when I saw them. Just look at their little faces!

I also reused some of my Poundland decorations from last year, but they are still available to buy. The first two are these adorable candle holders. I have just put some LED lights inside, but T-Lights can also be used.

This one is no longer in my bedroom, because my 5 year old brother seems to have stolen it! He is attached to this thing, but you blame him? Another successful Poundland purchase.

That's all for my Halloween decorations this year. Where do you like to shop for yours? I hope you have enjoyed this post, something a little bit more fun. If you love Halloween as much as I do, then stay tuned for another themed post coming next week. Subscribe and head over to my social media, which will be linked below as always, so that you never miss a new post.

Catch you next time!
